Full-colour packaging is no longer just for big brands
There was a time when only large companies could afford a premium printed pouch. Digital printing has changed that – today we print top colour quality even in small runs, and in several designs at once.

Digital printing – our future
We print straight from the computer, without making plates or cylinders. The whole process is faster and cheaper – and above all it allows what customers ask for most: several designs in small quantities.
One of the oldest printing technologies, yet still popular – it is fast and affordable. It is ideal for packaging with a paper (kraft) surface.
As long as the European PPWR legislation allows us to sell packaging with a kraft surface, we will keep offering this proven method.
Flexographic printing – for large orders
A time-tested technology with a favourable price per piece and full-colour CMYK printing of the whole pouch, including the bottom.
It pays off from around 400 kg of printed film, which is roughly 25,000 250 g doypack pouches. We can do it – but it is the choice for really large runs.
What does “one artwork = one design” mean?
One artwork = one pouch type, one size (volume) and one version of the print. That is why each pouch type and size needs its own print-ready PDF file made exactly to its dimensions.
Changing just the name or a colour? That is already another artwork.
The same design for a 250 g and a 1000 g pouch? Those are two artworks – every size has its own print template.

Frequently asked questions about doypack pouch printing
What is the minimum quantity for doypack pouch printing?
With digital printing we print doypack and flat bottom pouches from just 500 pcs of a single design. Prices for each quantity are in the price list of every size. The price per piece drops as the quantity grows.
What is the difference between digital, screen and flexographic printing?
Digital printing goes straight from the computer without plates or cylinders, so it pays off from 500 pcs and allows several designs in small quantities, with white, metallic effects and varnish. Screen printing is a fast and affordable classic, best suited to packaging with a paper (kraft) surface. Flexographic printing covers the whole pouch including the bottom at the lowest price per piece, but it only pays off from around 400 kg of film, roughly 25,000 doypack pouches of 250 g.
Can we have several designs in one order?
Yes. Designs on the same pouch type and size, in the same material and with the same production time, are added up in the order: the minimum quantity only has to be reached by all designs together, and the price per piece is based on the total quantity. The price list of each pouch shows how many designs fit into the chosen quantity.
