View all questionsWhat does “one design” mean?
One design is one packaging type, one size and one version of the print. If you change only the name or a colour, that is another design. The same artwork on a 250 g and a 1000 g pouch counts as two designs, because each size has its own print template. Designs on the same packaging type and size, in the same material and with the same production time, add up towards the minimum quantity in one order.

Send your print files as a PDF at actual size (1:1), in CMYK, with 3 mm bleed and images at least 300 DPI. Artwork goes in its own layer and the print template (die line) in a second one. You download the template for your specific packaging in the configurator.
How to prepare print filesHow do I create a transparent window?
A window is possible on PP transparent film. Remove the areas that should stay clear from both the artwork layer and the “White overprint” layer. No colour or white base is printed there, so the contents of the pouch show through.
PP transparent filmHow do I create a metallic effect?
The metallic effect comes from PP metallic film. Prepare the metallic areas in a separate layer and remove them from the “White overprint” layer. Colour is then printed directly on the silver base of the film, which shines through.

No problem, we’ll design your packaging for €83 excl. VAT. We send you the design and a 3D preview of the packaging for approval within 5 working days of payment. You view the variants in 3D, pick one and can send us comments on it.
