Yes, sustainability is key for us. We offer fully recyclable packaging (e.g. PE/PE structures) ready for the PPWR directive. We can also produce paper-based or compostable options. We are happy to recommend a solution tailored to your brand.

Both Doypack and flat bottom pouches can be fitted with practical features: a ZIP closure for repeated opening, an aroma valve (essential for freshly roasted coffee, it releases gases and keeps air out) or a euro hole for easy hanging in stores.

The packaging is made directly in the Czech Republic.

Before the production run we send an electronic proof (PDF preview) for final approval. If you have specific colour requirements, we can arrange a physical proof on the chosen material for a small fee.

Starting the printing and production line involves complex technical processes, so we do not offer runs of just a few pieces with custom print. We are happy to send you our sample book or examples of work for other clients so you can see the print and finishing quality.

Thanks to modern printing technology we can produce custom-printed orders from low quantities (typically from 1000 pcs, depending on pouch type and size). For special technologies we confirm the exact minimum based on your enquiry.

The standard lead time for custom-printed packaging is 3–5 weeks from final approval of the print data. Thanks to our own production in the Czech Republic we can offer faster delivery for many products. We confirm the exact date with your order.

Of course. You can order our Kofipack sample book with a cross-section of materials, finishes and sizes. For large tailor-made projects we send specific samples free of charge.

The price depends on pouch size, material type, add-ons (zip, valve) and above all the quantity ordered. The unit price drops significantly at higher volumes. Send us a non-binding enquiry with your expected quantity and we will prepare an individual quote.
